I have a Diploma Level 3 in Child Care, I have been to a number of different placements for experience and I have an outdoor curriculum award. Hi I'm Charlotte, I've worked at 'A Bright Start' since September 2009 and recently joined the Bridgend Nursery to work in blue Room with the 1 to 2 year olds. I have just completed my level 3 in Complete Childcare and I'm looking forward to seeing the nursery grow.

I am a fluent Welsh speaker. I have been a Team Leader for 2 years and I have 5 years of experience of working within Early Years settings. I am Qualified level 3 in childcare. I am level 3 qualified with 8 years experience of wroking in various Childcare settings, from Nurseries, A Creche, Nursery School and as a Private Nanny. I hope to further my skills and training whilst working at ' A Bright Start Nursery' and am looking forward to working with the children and staff and watching the nursery progress in the future.
